How often should I change furnace filters?
For most homes, we recommend checking your furnace filter every month and replacing it approximately every 1–3 months, depending on the type of filter and your home's conditions.You may need to replace your filter more frequently if you have pets, allergies, high occupancy, construction or renovation dust, or heavy system usage.A clean filter helps your HVAC system breathe easier, operate more efficiently, maintain better airflow, and reduce unnecessary strain on your equipment.-Not sure when your filter was last changed?

What Should my thermostat be set at?
For optimal comfort and energy efficiency, we generally recommend setting your thermostat to:- Winter: 75–78°F when you're home and awake.- Summer: 68–71°F when you're home and awake.When you're away or sleeping, adjusting the temperature by a few degrees can help reduce energy use without sacrificing comfort.Keep in mind that the ideal setting can vary based on your home, building, equipment, insulation, and personal comfort preferences.
